CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription Renewals

Gaia Filters subscriptions renew automatically on the scheduled renewal date. We send a reminder email 3 days before renewal so you have time to make changes or cancel if needed.

Cancelling a Subscription Renewal (Before Shipment)

You may cancel a subscription renewal before the order has entered fulfilment.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If the Renewal Order Has Already Shipped

If your subscription renewal has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

However, in accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and unopened.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

One-Time Purchase Orders (Non-Subscription)

For one-time purchases, you may cancel your order before it has shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and unopened, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Used or opened items are not eligible for return

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
