RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, full name, and reason for return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:

Items that have been used in any way are not eligible for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS
For international orders:

If a delivery is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order is not eligible for a refund
