To initiate a return, please email support@gaiafilters.ie with your order number, full name, and reason for return.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on first-time subscription purchases of the Gaia Shower Filter.
Try your Gaia Shower Filter for 30 days. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Please note:

The guarantee applies to first-time subscription purchases only

The shower filter may be used during the 30-day trial period

The filter must be returned before a refund can be issued

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

The guarantee does not apply to refill orders, replacement orders, or subsequent subscription shipments
STANDARD RETURNS
For all non-subscription orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unused and in the same condition as received

Plastic caps and seals remain intact

The item is returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Used products purchased as one-time orders are not eligible for return or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Gaia Filters cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS
For international orders:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund

Any customs charges, return fees, or carrier fees incurred on a returned shipment may be deducted from the refund amount
