SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Ireland

  • Standard delivery within Ireland is free (3–5 business days).

  • Tracked delivery is €5 (2–3 business days).

  • Subscriptions include free delivery.

If you do not choose tracked delivery and your package is lost in the post, you are not eligible for a refund.

Outside of Ireland, the shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can view the estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout once your delivery address is entered.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes payable on delivery.

We provide worldwide shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–7 business days after processing.

  • Ireland: approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders: approximately 1–3 weeks after dispatch.

Please note: During busy periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to carrier staff shortages, delivery times may be extended by up to 20 additional business days.

TRACKED SHIPPING

We offer tracked shipping on eligible orders. Once UPS receives your item at their hub, you will be able to follow your shipment using the provided tracking number.

If you cannot locate your tracking number, please contact us at support@gaiafilters.ie, and we’ll be happy to assist.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We can deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT, CUSTOMS DUTIES, OR IMPORT TAXES?

Items shipped internationally from Ireland are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). VAT, customs duties, and import fees are not included at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.
